For technical reasons, we have temporarily taken myHostonic.com offline while we address some critical bugs. You may encounter a "Site is Suspended" page during this time. This is because we have temporarily removed the service from our servers to facilitate the necessary fixes.

We understand this may cause inconvenience, and Hostonic sincerely apologises for any disruption this may cause.

To compensate for this temporary downtime:

Clients billed monthly will receive a 100% discount of their latest unpaid invoice.
Clients billed annually will receive a 50% discount of their latest unpaid invoice,
Clients billed any other month will receive a 50% discount of latest unpaid invoice.

All clients will also receive £15 (or the equivalent in your local currency, e.g., $15) in myHostonic Account Credit. This credit can be used towards renewals or purchases of any of our services.

Our team are working hard to fix these issues as quickly as possible and will bring the service back online as soon as our team have finished making the changes and testing is complete.

We aim to have everything back up and running by 15th October 2024, depending on the technical progress. The Technical Team will post a full update soon.

We are aware of an issue affecting load times and logins to myHostonic.com. Our team is currently investigating the issue and working diligently to resolve it as quickly as possible.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Important: Services are not affected and can be accessed via their dedicated service control panel.
